Olya Panivyk is an Executive, Leadership and Transformation Coach, specializing in helping founders and senior leaders navigate transitions and challenges. Olya holds a degree in International Business from Dnipropetrovsk State University. She is well-versed in various assessment tools, including Hogan, Lumina, Korn Ferry 360 Leadership Assessments, and DiSC, and is proficient in MBTI, Insights, and 16PF. As an ICF-accredited coach through Erickson Coaching International, Olya brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her coaching practice.

In her personal time, Olya channels her creative energy into cooking for her family, which includes her husband and three children. She enjoys creating simple, delicious dishes and takes delight in exploring new culinary approaches, infusing each meal with joy and love.
